I'm really inspired by this concept because of its potential. It can be apply to different things, not only food (but for this aim it also works great). So because of its universality, for instance, I use it to avoid feeling of negative situations in life. See it as a feedback and opportunity to adjust your behaviour and made perseption - as a result yourself - more strong.
